The variant is the ultimate large diameter pipe making machine for the concrete industry. This is the technology we use for the manufacture of jacking pipes.

The variant pipe making machine works “Underground”. Vibrations for compacting the concrete are generated by a central vibrator that is connected to the core via a hydraulic clamping device. The machine is controlled by a Siemens memory programmable electronic control system. Parts of the production sequence are automated.
